Thank you so much for the amazing Introduction course I attended on Thursday. It was very informative and I learnt so much more about the correct use of spices in Indian cooking.
I particularly enjoyed the fact that it was you and I cooking together, with you answering any questions I had during the cooking process. I thought I had a good grasp of Indian cooking until I attended your course but, you have given me a far better insight into when and how to use spices and in what quantities to really bring the dish alive.
The end results were amazing and truly better than any food I’ve ever had in an Indian restaurant, I experienced the real authentic Indian food that day. I plan to try the dishes again on my own today, wish me luck!!!
