A thoroughly enjoyable day, hands on cooking from the outset in an informal setting. Bakul is friendly and very knowledgeable about the food and the culture, and history of where the food comes from. Martin and I attended the full day foundation course (restaurant and take away favorites) and came away with 4 recipes and a wealth of experience that I have since put out to good use. The food was delicious, I’d cooked Indian food before, but this has completely changed my approach. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a hand’s on cookery course.
