I was very pleased with the course that I undertook recently at Indian Spice School. Having discussed the menu prior to attending I turned up anticipating an exciting morning. My hopes were more than fulfilled. After an interesting explanation of the culture and background for the recipes we launched into preparing the food. During the cooking Bakul was constantly providing hints and suggestions on how to enhance my cooking skills. I was bought the course as a birthday present and so being delighted with the results which I was able to take home I invited the friends who gave me the gift round for supper and they were full of praise at my newfound ability to cook authentic food! Thank you very much… I am sure I shall be back some time in future.
