We really enjoyed our cookery course with you this week. You’re a great teacher and the food we produced was fabulous. Your style makes learning easy and it was very interesting to hear something of the history and development of Indian cuisine. We’ll keep on cooking and perhaps book another course next year. Happily recommend this course to anyone who’s serious about Indian cookery.
