Thanks for a great morning cooking at the Indian spice school. The course was a great insight into the origins of Indian cooking and how the flavours differ so widely from across India and further afield. Having a greater depth of understanding has really added something to my enjoyment in the kitchen and when I am cooking for others they like to hear a little about the history behind the dishes.
The one to one approach meant I got the chance to ask lots of questions and to expand my knowledge wider than just the food we were cooking. The recipes themselves were delicious and my family thought the dishes I took home were great. They keep asking me when I am going to cook them again! Thanks for a really enjoyable and informative hands on cooking course.
