I want to thank you for a very interesting and enjoyable day yesterday. I found that the information you gave about the history of the food and spices used in Indian cooking as well as the different uses, benefits and health giving combinations of the ingredients was absolutely fascinating. I came away with a better understanding of a whole system rather than just the recipes. The recipes themselves were lovely, and, after we had some of the food I took back with me for supper last night, John too was very impressed with the taste, flavours, textures and how beautifully the combination of dishes went together.
